We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data, including pages visited, time spent on site, and general location (country/city level). We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics. When you submit a reservation inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the details of your intended stay.

Cookies

We use one analytics cookie set by Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*). These cookies are only placed after you give consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

How we use your data

Analytics data is used solely to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. Inquiry data is used to respond to your reservation request and is not shared with third parties.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). Inquiry emails are retained in our inbox until manually deleted.
